Following the deprecation of FTP support
across nearly all modern web browsers, in addition to a known bug in
Internet Explorer that can prevent accessing FTP stores, a
standalone FTP client may be required to access the FTP server.
The FTP server can be easily navigated with a standalone client,
such as Cyberduck or Mountain Duck. Installers for different
operating systems and versions are available below.
